**Shipping Policy for Donkeys Designs**
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Donkeys Designs. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
**Shipment Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time for each shipping option:
* Standard: 3-5 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather or carrier issues.
**Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking**
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
**Customs, Duties, and Taxes**
Donkeys Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
**Damages**
Donkeys Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

**Refund and Return Policy for Donkeys Designs**
Thank you for shopping at Donkeys Designs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We pride ourselves on providing high-quality merchandise and strive to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately. However, in the rare event that you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact us through our "contact" page within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues that you may have.
Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any merchandise unless it is defective or incorrect. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the issue, or to return the merchandise to us for inspection. If we determine that the merchandise is indeed defective or incorrect, we will provide you with a replacement or a refund.
